This piece got me into piano when I was like 6 or 7 years old.

Nice use of phrasing and nuance. The only thing that bothered me were the trills: the first one was rather suspicious and they tended not to shimmer properly. There was a tendency for one note to dominate over the other. Good playing overall though.

Hi Noam,

That was a nice job. It is interesting that a piece with a sad sort of character would create an interest in the piano
for a young child.

The phrasing and the harmonies were done very well. The flow was excellent.

Thank you for sharing,
Kaila Rochelle

Thanks for the replies.

Yes - the trills in the B section were a disaster :)

Kaila, for me as a child, this piece was not sad. I don't think I had the mental capacity that early on to interpret music in that sense. I vividly remember thinking it was just one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard.
No bad childhood here - growing up in Israel is actually quite exciting for kids - for adults, probably a different story :)

I really like the way your fingers touch the piano, and this is what I can tell even without seeing the video. It is also a beautiful composition that I did not know. Thanks for sharing.
