Thanks for that Henri. these may not be vintage Bach, but they're very good all the same. Especially the BWV 904 with its three different themes is really ingenious.

All of them. Well, the B minor Mass if I had to choose one. Although, the Mattheus Passion, or the Johannes Passion. Or the Brandenburg concerti... No, the organ Trio Sonatas. Some keyboard works perhaps... Ah shit, I don't know.... just pick any one
