Musical Slap stick

Postby musical-md » Fri Dec 03, 2010 7:18 pm

I love Victor Borge and PDQ Bach (like many of you, I'm sure) Not to mention the fabulus routines of Chico and Harpo Marx. I have some ideas for some new contributions. How about:
1. The Taco Bell Canon
2. The Nutcruncher Ballet
3. <gulp> A Menstruation Canon (for those Renaissance types out there; cf. mensuration canon)
4. The Errata Symphony (PDQ has already done the erotica thing): obviously full of mistakes everywhere
5. Transcendental Meditation Etudes, 12 on C
6. The Dis-Tempered Clavier (DTC): Elegies and Dissociations in every Enharmonic key
<I can almost go on forever>
That's enough for now.
I hope you enjoy. Anyone care to add some ideas?

Edit: some punctuation and typo.

You need to work Rimsky Corsets-off into the list somehow.

Oh, haha - that's so funny, I almost choked on my orange Schubert...
