Trust them, that is another matter... I'm referring to their technology which is not half as bad as many people seem to think. Yes they're monopolists, are they not all ? Or aspiring to be ? They do, at last, make a honest effort to listen to their users. I still prefer the Microsoft monopoly to the anarchy of Linux, of which there are at least 3 or 4 dozen different versions, and where you have to rely on some happy hacker to fix your problem.

I've been meaning to ask a question for about the past five years but kept forgetting: When you all click on a PS file, does it open in Quicktime? It does for me (unless I'm doing admin business and have to 'save file' the recording). Is it possible to change this so that another program opens? All my other stuff opens in Windows Media Player and I wish the PS recordings did as well.

The reason I'm asking this now is that when I click on PS recordings, Quicktime opens but all I get is a black skinny rectangle - there is no stop/play/pause button. Here is a screenshot of what I see:

It is your browser configuration that decides how to play mp3 and other files. Quicktime is default in Mozilla and I like that because it doesn't wait for the file to be downloaded, it starts playing right away. Not sure why this is broken for you, you could try to re-install the Quicktime plugin.
But it's easy to change. Click Tools->Options->Applications, and look up MPEG Layer 3 (mp3). In the right column it says 'Quicktime plugin'. Click on the arrow next to that, choose 'Other' and select Windows Media Player.
