Finishing :( In that case, you had better go and record some more :D

Top class playing again. The dynamics and trills are a marvel in itself - your instrument must be the most responsive in the world. What is it, a Fazioli ?

I must say this is not the most exciting of Scarlatti sonatas. Not every sonata is a showcase for sheer brilliance, yet perhaps this one could do with just a little more bite - your reading is very soft-spoken and even a bit subdued.

Extremely well played! This is (according to my view) one of the most beautiful Sonatas of Scarlatti and you really get all the beauty out of it. Your soft touch and tone fits very well and the trills are perfectly executed. Don't change a thing.

I recorded these Sonatas by Scarlatti in March/2001 for the NEN at the RAI-RadioTelevisioneItaliana-Studio. I Played them on a Yahama CFIII (good instrument!). In 1994 I recorded some Scarlatti-Sonatas on harpsichord, too. I can't send you these recordings because they are under copyright.
ciao, Roberto

Isn't it just ! I don't know why some people sniff at Yamaha.

Oops... I wonder if I accidentally deleted the entire message, instead of just the atachment, when I put it up the site. Could well be,,,. If you go the the Scarlatti page it should be right there.
