32 short films about glenn gould is on the telly at moment .... watching it for first time. He was really a nutter huh? but such highly imaginative interpretations .... and highly controversial too it would seem.

Interesting. Someone said that they were confused at why he sat so low on his piano bench. Glenn Gould had numerous back problems. He actually had more difficulties than your average pianists ever has to face, and he outclassed us all. His playing is pungent with intelligence, as if you were obsreving Handel pen down the Messiah. My grandfather and uncle still mourn for the man.
