A question about RH Running Passages in Irregular Demisemiquaver grouping against A crotchet in LH .

Hi, I'm playing Prokofiev's Vision Fugitives # 2 and I'm having trouble with the RH part in measures 9 and 10- playing all the notes Leggiero and free- it seems that I can't get my hand to play it swiftly and in time - in bar 9 it is 8 demisemiquavers against a crotchet and in bar 10 it has 18 demisemiquavers against a crotchet!

Is it perhaps because of the fingering ?
How do you practise tricky passages such as this?

Can anyone help me with this ?
Would it be correct to say that this irregular grouping of notes is also very often found in the works of Chopin ?[/b]

Just a few things:

Try hands-separate practice until you REALLY know each hand. Try singing the LH while playing the RH.
Listen to recordings. Use the metronome for accuracy. Practice at a manageable tempo, while avoiding going to slow. The RH should be practiced without any breaks in continuity. Practice the runs in your head.
