It's so nice to get them back after being repaired- but don't ya just hate putting up the cost? Oh well- I guess anything worth doing is worth putting some money into. I must have my piano tuned. We moved it for Christmas- so thought it best to wait till we put it back. I just got my flute back from the shop- and even though I almost bought a new one, the old one almost felt like brand new when I got it back. It just soars from top to bottom and I hadn't experienced that in a long time. You'll be happy once you get yours fixed- Monica- but it's not much fun having to spend the money.
As far as the piano scores concerned- Granted there are a few tricky spots, but I suppose if you were truly dedicated you could master it in a month? Maybe- if there was more time. ha ha. I'm going to have to look at the flute part again before I decide if I want to do it or not. I think I just want to play it for youtube- though going to Carnegie would be amazing! You have to audition for that separately. I don't think I'm quite up to that standard, yet, however. Anyway, thought you all would like to know.
