Hi Y.L.,
Before you can use a recording from the site for non-commercial purposes, you have to ask the pianist in question for permission. If there is no contact information on the pianists's page, let us know, we may still have it somewhere. If we do not know how to reach the pianist, we'll grant you permission on her/his behalf.
You need to credit the pianist, as well as Piano Society, in your intro or trailer. We appreciate it if you send us, and the pianist, a link to the finished product (assuming it will be on YouTube or elsewhere on the web).
We always have only one version of a recording on the site, so you'll have to make do with the 128 Kbps (this bitrate is usually more than adequate for piano recordings).
Best regards,m
Chris
