That is really cool! I may have to look into this more. Thanks, Allison.

You're welcome. If I have the time and energy I'm going to look at the piano and flute parts. I don't really understand how it's going to work- but sounds amazing. :)

No. I was going to though because I was playing my flute on Christmas and noticed that it needs to have some work done on it. Now I'll probably just forget the whole thing.

It's so nice to get them back after being repaired- but don't ya just hate putting up the cost? Oh well- I guess anything worth doing is worth putting some money into. I must have my piano tuned. We moved it for Christmas- so thought it best to wait till we put it back. I just got my flute back from the shop- and even though I almost bought a new one, the old one almost felt like brand new when I got it back. It just soars from top to bottom and I hadn't experienced that in a long time. You'll be happy once you get yours fixed- Monica- but it's not much fun having to spend the money.
As far as the piano scores concerned- Granted there are a few tricky spots, but I suppose if you were truly dedicated you could master it in a month? Maybe- if there was more time. ha ha. I'm going to have to look at the flute part again before I decide if I want to do it or not. I think I just want to play it for youtube- though going to Carnegie would be amazing! You have to audition for that separately. I don't think I'm quite up to that standard, yet, however. Anyway, thought you all would like to know. :)

I am pretty sure my flute needs all new pads. Everything else seems to be ok. But what you say about your flute working like brand new has me encouraged. Although I admit, since we last talked about purchasing new flutes, I have had that on my mind and have even considered auditioning for one of our local symphonies. Time will tell...I have a lot of plans - many of which are never realized, though. Good luck with your youtube tryout!

I have yet to see if that happens. The piano part is somewhat tricky. I am going to have to get on it, in order to be ready by the 28th. I am going to have my piano tuned on Friday! Yay. I am so excited. :)
Have a happy New Year.
