You play this very nicely. I have to say, the dynamic contrasts are very well played, and your rubato is very nice; not too much, but placed very strategically (I noticed more at the end of phrases/sub phrases..if that makes any sense to you).
Those runs at the beginning are played nicely as well...there were only about two spots where I noticed a little rushing or 'smudging' of notes. The turns towards the end of the piece before the return of the theme (it sounds like on top of a sixth?) is played very well...reading through the D flat nocturne by Chopin, and all his other pieces, I know that those tend to be very tricky, and you execute it brilliantly. A very good performance...keep up the good work.

Thanks, RichNocturne, for your suggestions. The truth is I recorded this little waltz a little bit too soon. I'm not known for my patience. I should have let this piece become more of "a part of me" before rushing to record it. Shame on me!

Perhaps a little on the slow side but the waltz is very well executed and in a good old Chopin style. Pretty much of rubato which makes it rather diffcult if one would choose to dance the waltz to your performance but I consider the music interpretation most important. Well done!
