This is new for me. What do you think about the tempo and technique? I also played around with reverb. Is it too much?

Of course this is Rachmaninov's transcription juuf. You have all music ever written on DVD, you should know.
Now does it sound Rachmaninovish ? Should it do ? Probably not - he was an incredibly skilled and sympathetic transcriber, not out to put his personal hyperromantic marks all over a piece like this. Actually this transcription (and the two other items that precede it) are IMO some of the best piano transcriptions ever made.

You play it quite cleanly, and no quibble about the reverb.
But hard to say about technique... this should go at about twice the speed really, and then it is very very difficult. At this tempo it sounds more like an early Haydn minuet than a Bach gigue. There were quite some wrong notes in the second half, and I don't like the long pauses you insert between phrases (although it is difficult not to do that, especially at full speed, as the jump is considerable).

Twice the speed? Yikes! I don't think I would ever be able to do that. And like you say about the big jumps and the pauses. How in the world is that done? Never mind, I know - probably with a gazzillion more hours of practicing. Forget this one then. I'm getting another Field nocturne ready. It's nice and slow. Also a Clementi sonatina. I want to get these done by Thursday, because that's when I have my first piano lesson and I'm afraid my teacher will have me doing nothing but technical exercises for a long, long time.
Nice played but as Chris points out, one would like it to be faster. But I do not think it needs twice the speed to come out well. An increase of 30% would do a lot and I am pretty sure you handle that. You probably need to keep an eye at the hand on the jumps when up in tempo so just learn it by heart and you will be able to raise the speed dramatically.
