I wrote this after visiting Virginia Beach at dawn in August. It's all piano except a little bit of saxophone which I also played. I generally don't feature my saxophone playing as a main instrument in my pieces because I have only been playing sax for 2 years.

Sounds very interesting like a bit in Jazz-style, isn´t it? And it´s an electronic piano, isn´t it?
The touch sounds quite differentiated. I have enjoyed it. Have you cut in the saxophone-part or have you changed the instrument in that short time?

Thanks, It's Quantum Leap Bösendorfer. The Bösendorfer has a dark sound which I like and was popular in jazz recordings. As you might imagine, this is an improvisation. I don't remember what I did to it exactly but with this kind of piece, I usually don't do a lot of editing other than minor tweaks.

I rather liked this until the saxophone came in and made it stand still. Maybe that was the intention ?
The saxophone is a beautiful instrument but I hate that greasy style that it's usually played in.

Perhaps it doesn't fit. I think I will take the saxophone out. I am combining the piano part with some other music I did which includes acoustic cello I recorded recently in a studio.
