I recorded that piece when I was getting used with Zoom, equalizing and cuts. I remember I had trouble playing this piece (it's somewhat tricky), so the cuts were not well done. hehe

Nice to hear someone playing Alkan. I'm not especially familiar with the Preludes; it doesn't sound as obstructively difficult as some of the op. 39 etudes, but even when Alkan doesn't appear especially difficult, there's usually something troublesome hidden in there to catch unwary pianists. It would be nice to have some more from this set.

in fact, I recorded the complete set in 2008. you can check here in Piano Society.
not all of them are good... some I need to redo, but I don't know when I will.

Ah, I see the full prelude set. I've listened to the first book - thanks for having done these; I don't think I've heard anything other than extracts before.
