Liadov prelude sounds like a nice encore piece.

Anyway I was wondering. Is the prelude and fugue in Eflat
hard? Those trills sound hard. I need to pick one
and get started my senior recital is next semester.
I'm sick of thinking about it I just need to pick one and play.
But I don't want to do the over-done ones like C major/c minor

They are pretty tricky, not the most difficult ones in WTC but quite a handful. Yes these trills are hard because you have the melody line to play as well, and I think they mine are not very clean when you'd listen up close. But passable - partly thanks to the high tempo.


What third Liadov ???

In general Liadov is not too hard but it's easy to underestimate, and he can be quite cruel at times, like Beethoven suddenly springing some near-impossible task upon you. It's always worth the effort I think.
