Dear PS,
I’m glad to send you another live-recording: Liszt’s ‘Sonettos’ performed by Francesco Zappalà on ‘Bösendorfer 250’ piano dating 1881 (the last piano belonged to Franz Liszt). It is a rarity!
Francesco is another my friend and colleague at “Vincenzo Bellini” Institut in Catania.
I hope you like it.
Ciao, Roberto Carnevale

Wow that piano sounds better than some newer pianos. I never heard this piece before. I wonder if I have the sheet music. Do you know when Liszt composed this piece?
Madam, what makes you think that I play with my hands?

A very good recording by your friend Francesco and I have put it up on the site. I have not heard this before so I cannot comment in detail but from what I understand, it is very well performed and interpreted. Any chance we can have Francesco's biography as well?
