Post subject: What kind of music is this ?
PostPosted: Tue Jun 05, 2007 6:35 pm
Hello to all readers,

Last week I heard three short - and completely different fragments of
pianomusic on the radio.
The fragments sounds really very nice, and I am really wondering
what kind of music it is (who is the composer and whats is the title
of the piece).
Is there someone who can help me further with this ?
I hope so. Thanks in advance.

I have placed the three fragments in one mp3 file
(see attachment) (total lenght about 1 minute)

greetings from The Netherlands

Niels

I only know the last one, which is Chopin Prelude in F Major Op. 28, no. 23 (love this one)

Hello Pianolady,

Thank you for your reply. I already thought the last fragment was Chopin but I was not
sure anymore. Thanks for your answer. I hope that there are people who know what the
first two fragments are, because I am sure that those fragment are much less known than
the third fragment.

greetings Niels.

Hello to all,
I already found out what the music is.
First fragment is from Zdenek Fibich opus 41/1 nr 21.
Second fragment is from Kinderzenen (Schumann).
Thanks anyway.
greetings
Niels
