Rachmaninoff: Prelude Op. 32, No. 12 in G# minor
Scriabin: Etude Op. 8, No. 12 in D# minor
Chopin: Etude Op. 10, No. 4 in C# minor

not sure about the Chopin, but i think the rest are ok. comments always welcom and appreciated. these were filmed in November of 2006.

I can't play mp4 files. Is there a special way of doing this?

Quicktime Player works, too, but it has the disadvantage that you must download the file twice if you want to save the file on your harddisk. So I can't rewatch it now and must rely on my memory.

I only watched the Scriabin (the files are so big, mp3s are better, imho) and enjoyed it very much. Yes, I heard a few little mistakes (at least, I believe so  ), but only very minor ones. A real virtuoso performance... Bravo! :)

Extremely good and powerful performances on the Chopin and Scriabin Etudes (perhaps the Scriabin is at your technical edge here and there). And in the Rachmaninov you prove a splendid touch and musical ear. I am really impressed also that I know of your rather short musical career and young age.

About the mp4-format. I have no idea why it does not work in Windows Media Player for you guys as it works perfect for me and from what I can recall, I did nothing special. I will put them up as soon as I can.

No I think that MP4 is the "coming" compression method as gives a larger screen in a smaller size comparing to for instance avi (an avi file becomes at least twice as large). The only disadvantage is that it uses more performance on the client system.

It is difficult to standardize to a certain format as for videos, so many different exist. It was a lot easier to decide on mp3 for audio even though it has its competitors as well.

The videos are up on the site!

I waited for several minutes for one of these to download. They never finished. I can't hear or see them.
