What do you all think? is this a good fingering or is this cumbersome? I have already attained a decent speed on the exercise, I just want someone else to give me their input. Thanks for the help!!!

Perhaps by now you don't need any reply to this... but I happened to be seeing it now... and will respond to the first part of the question.
Traditional fingering of a Dominant 7th arpeggio in the right hand starting on A is what you wrote.
I'd try to avoid taking the same fingering for the D Maj7th because of the stretch between fingers 3 & 4.
I'd use (I do use) 1, 2, 3, 5...
Same goes for the G Maj. 7th.
The Bmin7 could be what you wrote, though the stretch is not pleasant either.
So you could also use 1, 2, 4, 5...
Altogether it's a great tool to cross/shift between fingers 1 & 5. This idea will be one of many in my fingering book, if I ever get to actually write it...
You could also use for the Bmin7 the fingering of D6 arpeggio. Start with 2 on B (which will be 4 in the next octaves) and continue with 1, 2, 3, 4...
