Does anyone know where can I get the Old Syllabus ATCL Diploma Scales, Arps, Sight reading and Aural ? and Viva Voce?

Any good books out there to recommend?

I am taking the new syllabus for my Performance Recital, and its 90% Programme, 10% Program notes.

However I don't quite agree with the new syllabus with no scales, arpeggios and Sight reading because I feel there is no overall musical development without these tests.

Anyone else feel the same way?
I still feel the need to practise my scales to improve my technique.
