About Piano Society
The Piano Society project was started in August 2004 by Robert Stĺhlbrand, Erik Helling and Joffrey Wallaart as a non-profit organisation. It offers unique possibilities for professional and amateur pianists to promote themselves by sharing their own recordings of classical piano music on the Internet.
Pianists interested in participating should register with the Piano Society Forum and post at least three recordings in the Audition Room forum. The recordings will be evaluated by the Music Board. When the recordings are accepted, the pianist must submit a short biography and a picture, to be seen on their personal page in the "ARTISTS "category of the main site.

Composers can also submit their recordings and be evaluated in the same manner as pianists.
The Piano Society stores audio recordings in mp3 format and video recordings WMV, AVI or MPEG format.
