Dorian Griner

Pianist Dorian Griner, MMus GSMD London CityUniv, ISM member, experienced his first infatuation with music at the age of 7. He began his studies under the supervision of his Czech mother Bozena Griner, herself an accomplished pianist and professor of piano in "Mokraniatz" music school in Belgrade, a graduate from Moscow Conservatoire, having studied piano with the famous Heinrich Neuhaus (Richter and Gilels were among his pupils).
From his mother Dorian inherited his passion for piano, which later was developed into an individualistic, poetic approach, which distinctively favours repertoire from Romantic periods. Dorian has received very good critics from the music society as the examples below.
"Dorian Griner is a very talented, intuitive young pianist with individual personality..."
-- Artur Pizarro
I had the opportunity to hear Dorian Griner on several occasions and was everytime very impressed with his playing... I think that Dorian Griner is a pianist with an outstanding talent...”
-- Peter Feuchtwanger
